Pakistani actor Nabeel Zafar, known for his drama series Dhuwan, has revealed the details of his hit sitcom Bulbulay.

After returning from England in 2009, Zafar sought independent production and sought a script from their friend Ali Imran. He then requested Rana Rizwan to direct the show, and Mehmood Aslam was brought on board due to his friendliness and low budget.
